We are Sam and Tulsi, Isha Hatha Yoga teachers with over 4000 combined hours of training. The practice of Isha Hatha Yoga, and the path given by Sadhguru has changed our lives.
We did our Isha Hatha Teacher training in 2018, and since then have taught thousands of students all over the world, including for the Isha Foundation, the United Nations, Harvard University, Amazon, IBM, and many other both classes small and large.
